Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium, stearate, vegetable stearic acid, di-calcium phosphate, silica.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one or more tablets per day as desired. If discontinuing daily doses of 5 grams or more, reduce dosage gradually over 7-10 day period.
