Beverly International Ms Power Pak is formulated exclusively for women bodybuilders and powerlifters, or any woman who undergoes an extream amount of physical and/or mental stress in their daily life.

Ms Power Pak contains 30 daily packs which are divided into two sections, one of 8 packs and one of 22 packs. The section of 8 daily packs contain more calcium and magnesium, designed to be taken at the beginning and during the menstrual cycle, helping to decrease the symptoms of PMS. The 22 daily packs are to be taken one daily throughout the rest of the month.
