Ingredient Details:Rice flour, magnesium stearate, gelatin (capsule).

Suggested Use:For maximum benefit, the product should be taken as directed on the bottle. For the capsule form, the dosage is four (4) capsules in the morning and four (4) capsules in the evening. For the liquid form, the dosage is one-half (1/2) teaspoon in the morning and one-half (1/2) teaspoon in the evening. It does not matter if the product is taken on an empty or full stomach. The product should be taken for three months and then a determination can be made on its continuance with a maintenance dosage of one (1) bottle every four (4) to six (6) months.
