DGC does not requires digestion prior to absorption into the bloodstream, providing an ultra-fast fuel supply for supporting quick and sustained muscle energy requirements and mental function.
DGC is Dextrorotatory Glucose Crystals and Glucose fuels muscle action. Muscle gets the glucose it requires for energy from what is circulating in your bloodstream. Expert Advice:DGC is 25% less sweet than table sugar so it will not overly sweeten other mixtures.
Suggested Use:Mix 1 serving (4 level tablespoons) of DGC in 16 ounces of water, juice or add to your VP2 Whey Isolate and Ny-Tro PRO-40 shakes. Consume before and/or during and after workouts.
For Endurance Events and Aerobic Activity: Mix 1 serving (4 level tablespoons) of DGC into 32 ounces of cold water and drink before, during and after event or exercise.
