Suggested Use:
Please read the instructions located inside the package (or at www.accufitness.com). Enter your age and gender in the FatTrack II before taking your first body fat measurement. MyoTape Body Tape Measure: Pull the end of the tape around any body part that you want to measure (pressing the button in the center will make it easier to pull). Place the rod at the end of the tape into the circular slot. Press the center button and allow tape to retract to a snug fit. Read measurement along tape body edge opposite the locked in rod.
