We already know that nutritive deficiency is at the core of most chronic and degenerative health problems. The solution is of course to provide our body with key essential nutrients every single day.

This may be accomplished with the following four simple steps:

Step 1:
Eliminate or limit anti-nutrients: Anti-nutrients enter the body with junk food, stress, medications, as well as exposure to toxicity. To counteract this damage, essential nutrients are required.

Step 2: Get enough essential nutrients: Ensure a daily intake of the full spectrum of essential nutrients that are necessary to nourish and repair our bodies every day.  

Step 3: Assimilate Essential Nutrients: For the body to better assimilate essential nutrients, prepare your body with the use of supplements that aid the body in breaking down and absorbing nutrients.
 
Step 4: Give it time: Do not expect immediate results after making lifestyle changes to incorporate essential nutrients. Commit to nutritious eating for at least 60 to 90 days before expecting any changes.

All these steps might look simple to follow, however overlooking them could lead to some serious health issues that could adversely affect your well being health-wise.
