The human body needs to consume and assimilate certain raw materials in order to stay fit physically as well as mentally. In other words, it needs fuel to survive and function effectively. This fuel is derived from “real food” that provides us with the sustained energy and stamina to meet the varied demands of our daily life.
 
Food is able to transform depressed, low-energy, foggy-brained adults into alert and energetic individuals. Optimum nutrition improves mood swings, increases mental and physical stamina, it enhances concentration, memory, overall mental ability as well as reduction in stress levels. 

The right kind of fuel or nutrition for your body is the kind that helps you develop good eating habits for the nourishment you need as well as the energy you require, all the while maintaining the ideal weight for both your height and build.

The kind of fuel you give your body depends on your nutritional habits. Healthy eating means a lifestyle of making critical choices as well as decisions. Eating nutritious and healthy foods while maintaining your ideal body weight contribute to overall better performance in all spheres of life.
