  1. How would I know if my order has been shipped? 
    We email you the tracking numbers within 48 hours of the time of shipment of your order which you can use to trace your order at UPS. You can also Track Your Order on our website.   2. My order is not here yet!!!
    If your shipment never arrived, please double check the tracking information that we sent to you. Or you may email us at info@healthsuperstore.com or call us at 1-888-748-2566.
  3. How can I cancel my order/item?
    If you made an error and an order needs to be cancelled, please call Customer Service immediately at 1-888-748-2566.   4. I am missing an item from my shipment .
    This happens only in rare cases or in a situation where one item is out of stock or being shipped from other warehouse. Please contact us at 1-888-748-2566 for further assistance.
  5. I found an error in a product specification. How can I get it corrected?
    Please email us the URL and correction needed. Sometimes data error occurs due to computer or human mistake. SHOPPING CART QUESTIONS

  1. How do I add more than one item to my shopping cart? 
    This is very simple First find a product you want to purchase and click on the "Add to Cart" button. This takes you to your shopping cart page. Click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of your shopping cart. Find another product you want to purchase and click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product description page. You can use the search box on top to find product of your choice or if you have the Item Code with you like (HS1858349)  you can use "Quckly add an Item" using the box on top right of the checkout page. Continue this process until you have added all the items you want.

PRICE AND BILLING

  1. When will my credit cards be charged?
    We will not charge you until your products are actually shipped. There are no credit card transations or any other fee for credit card service.
     
  2. Why do you need billing address for my credit card?
    Your billing address is the address that is listed on your credit card account. It is also the address where your monthly credit card statements are mailed to. We need this address to avoid credit card frauds and proceess your transaction.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  1. When will my order be shipped?
    We will ship out your order as soon as we confirm your credit card and billing information. Our cut off time is 12:00PM EST. All orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be treated as the next business day's order. HealthSuperstore.com does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.

  2. How do I return my product?
    After the form RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST is submitted, you will receive an email that gives you an RMA Number and our Return Shipping Address to ship your returned items to. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of your shipping box. Please note that warehouse is not authorized to accept return shipments without an RMA Number on their shipping label. Also check our return policy.
  3. When do I get my money back in case of a return?
    A refund will typically show up on your credit card account within 24-48 hours of the credit being issued. If the refund does not appear on your statement, call your credit card company to verify the amount has been applied to your account.

  4. Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
    Yes, we ship to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) destinations. We will use US Postal Service Priority Mail, and you will pay the actual shipping cost. On your check out screen you must select USPS/Priority Mail for APO, PO Box, HI, AK, PR Address. Our shopping cart will provide the actual cost to ship your items to your destinations. In some cases, tracking numbers will not be available for orders shipped via USPS/ Priority Mail.

    The proper format for an APO/FPO address looks something like the following: 

    Name ............................
    Address Line 1
    Address Line 2 (if needed)
    FPO AE 99999
    APO or FPO will take the place of the city you are actually stationed at, so only enter "APO" or "FPO" in the city section.

Warranty on DME Scooters: There is 6 month warranty on the entire machine via manufacturer defect. What this means is they will ship part for replacement if it is a simple snap off snap on issue. If it is brakes or drive train then the service center will come out to fix it. After warranty, you can buy parts and we will charge time and labor to fix. The scooter takes 4 batteries and you can get them at any AutoZone or similar store when they go bad.
