I've heard that groth hormone might cause cancer when fed to cows for the beef industry, but i could care less about it causing cancer when fed to cows- if a human took groth hormones, could it cause cancer?

Please respond to this if anyone knows about it causing cancer or any other potentially dangerous side affects when taken by humans.
