The things that have helped me the most are:
1) GNC Liquid Vitamin B-Complex
2) Go to bed everynight by, at least, 10pm or 11pm, and get a full 7+ hours of sleep everynight
3) Check your allergies, I'm allergic to cats and other animal dander
4) Try out the metabolic typing diet ... http://www.metaboliced.com/ ... and, another ... http://www.metabolictyping.com/
5) Try to avoid eating the same food more than once in 4 days ... cuts down on food allergies
