Tips for Happier and Healthier Body
1. Eat your daily calories (ex. above would be 1800 cal. per day)
2. Try to exercise 3-4 times per week to begin and burn 500 calories per exercise day.
3. It takes burning approximately 3500 calories per week to burn off 1 pound of bodyfat.
4. Drink lots of water. Try for 1 gallon daily.
5. Remember your body needs food, rest, and exercise - too much of either of the three can leave you tired, frustrated, and feeling stressed. Try to balance all three and you will find over the next couple of weeks that your body will be happier and healthier.
